geburtstagskalender + designer by envelop

The birthday-calendar design is ready now and today I brought it to a copy shop to let them print.
I was so glad as I saw the printout and I didn’t notice any big difference between the printout from my ink jet printer and this one from the laser printer by copy shop.:D (But I still prefer my drawings printed by an ink jet printer on the archival paper.)

And this is how the calendar looks. Probably I’ll use these drawings for cards, too.;)

So, I can start now to make the frame/stander of the calendar.
The client wished for a special function, that it shows no frame, no binder, but all the months should be together.
So I designed kind of small furniture including the calendar sheets. I know, my explanation isn’t good enough to imagine by yourself. I’ll show you again with plenty of pics when it’s finished.;)

Our apartment is really big enough to live but sometimes pretty small though, when I really start to ‘work’…

I found the website, envelop.eu several days ago, On the website it says, “Envelop is an online print-on-demand platform where illustrators can create, promote and sell high quality cotton items to textile lovers worldwide.” And I applied by them as a contributing designer and was accepted! My shop with 3 pillowcover designs is now running, and I’m also thinking of table runner, napkin etc. with my drawings. You’ll see! 😉

Finally it has rained, even though it was in a very short term.

My plants look more fresh and grown up by the rain.

And for a little break between my works was the rain so precious!
